Why does Ebay charge a commission fee and tax on Shipping? I live in the
Commonwealth of KY. Shipping is recognized legally as a service, similar
to digging a Ditch. KY law PROHIBITS charging tax on service items.
Buyer bought a wrong part listed AS IS, NO RETURN. Buyer threatened
negative feedback in first communication, then demanded I cover return
shipping. His demanding bullyish manner negated any assistance afforded
to him as I normally would.
