A buyer did a Buy Now on an item that I offered for pickup only. The
buyer paid immediately. I have repeatedly messaged the buyer explaining
that I will not ship. Responses are demands to ship the item. What is my
best course of action?
I just sold an item that offered USPS Parcel Select Ground shipping. I
didn't notice until after I printed the label that the label reflects
USPS Priority Mail 2-Day Flat Rate Envelope shipping. That's never
happened before. How is that even possible...
OP here again with an update. I resolved it through eBay's chat
function. Refunded the buyer. No fees to me. Copy of chat transcript if
there are further issues. Buy blocked. Soon to relist. Thanks everybody
