chat. CSRs all give different answers, but several have said they
(paypal) require direct bank account info, my Visa debit isn't good
enough anymore. Sorry ebay / paypal, I need to...
I'm not expert, but a few weeks ago my payments started getting blocked
on PayPal. A nice chat CSR helped one go through. Subsequent ones all
say "we can't confirm it's you" or something like that. Literally hours
and hours wasted on the phone and on...
