How long does a buyer have, per eBay rules, to  pick an item up?

Buyer requested that I ship item to her on March 15 but my 3 day handling time says I must ship on March 13. What do I do?

I deleted a listing from my Ended Listings file and now a customer wants to buy it. How can I retrieve that listing? The buyer tells me it is item number 295051502090. I can't seem to pull it up on eBay, Google, etc.. Any help would be appreciated!

The new feedback form - not good! Please make it auto populate previously made comments like it used to do. And as a seller, when I leave feedback, I do not need a screen to pop up asking me if I want to Save this Seller, the seller is me! Please fix...
