Polo by Ralph Lauren .. with tags still on as purchased by me from
Macys. He sent a pic of the washing instructions as his claim, which is
ridiculous. I do not want to pay the return shipping. How do I handle?
I am refunding the purchase of an item but I only want to refund the
purchase amount and not the shipping cost that I charged the buyer. How
can I do that?
