how to reclaim fees as fake buyer ruined my sale.

Fake buyer setup a ebay account to thwart my sale as i refused ridiculous offers I sold bike on gumtree, case opened against fake buyer, who has disappeared, case now closed. I have been hit with fees now- how can i claim them back?
