All indications are that a deal I am in on eBay is going bad...the seller has not sent the item, I told him I want the deal stopped, he is ghosting me and I cannot open a claim because , according to eBay, the item is on its way...no...no it is not.....

Thanks for coming in on this...perhaps, but the message from ebay was that it was on its way...maybe it should say something about the time for receipt has not expired...they don't know that it has shipped because the seller has not marked it as ship...
