How long does eBay hold the funds if a buyer claims they never received
an item , yet my tracking shows it as delivered. He filed a dispute with
eBay and I uploaded tracking, do I need to do anything else?

I have only used 38 out of my 50 FREE insertion fees and trying to list
another item... It shows I will be charged an insertion fee but I don't

I am thinking in your case, your item does not qualify as a large
envelope.. An envelope cannot be over 3/4" thick. So you were charged a
package rate. That is the only thing that makes sense to me.Large
