If an item isn't located where the seller states it is, why isn't that a
violation? Binary, IMO. Black and white. More to the point, why should I

I'm doing something wrong. When I specify calculated shipping, I
understand that it does so based on destination zip. So why does it
preload a rate based on ... nothing? I need to understand how this works
be cause it's costing me a lot of money.
