I ordered an item and it has been a month since the seller shipped it. I
will ask for a refund. However, how do I pay the seller if the item
happens to arrive later?

2. I contacted the seller and they said they would send another one.
Since then, no further response. I asked for a refund but Ebay said it
isn't covered on their money-back guar...
