I bought a used watch from a seller. The watch arrived not working. I mentioned it to him. He said: "It was working when I sent it." I took it to my repairman who said the circuit board was dead and that therefore, as a Quartz, it was not repairable....

A buyer wants to return and item and get a refund I disagree.

The item was described in details in my listing. I stated it had damage on a tire, and the whitewall was missing. I added: SOLD AS IS.What should I do?As usual, it appears eBay is taking the side of the buyer.
