I ordered a gift several days before Christmas to pick up locally.
Seller never responded for pickup time and place. So I requested ebay
cancel the purchase but they refused. I have contacted the seller
numerous times, NO RESPONSE from seller.
How do you report a seller that sold you something at a low price and
then they refused to sell it at that price? I got an email stating they
were going to relist it at a higher price and I could buy it then!!! I
