I sell embossed name brand engine parts and have to compete with sellers with knock off parts who state in their title and description is the same name brand I sell. Will I have any chance of getting them to stop by contacting ebay ?

ebay is billing me for a item I did not post or sell. Have talked to there outsourced people 5 times no help.
