The best thing you can do is run out the clock. Postpone refunds as long
as possible and wait for ebay to force a refund. I have found some
packages finally show up a day or two before ebay forces the refund.
The post office is a joke lately. There is no way of making sense of
tracking. Ive seen tracking go from AZ to NM back to AZ and then off to
NC....why?
Yup....I tried to mail something 50 miles away and then watched it
bounce (no lie) between AZ, New Mex, TX and Tuscon before arriving back
in AZ 15 days later.
***ATTENTION EBAY IS NOT HONORING THE 10 day INR EXTENSION**** I had my
first INR (today) and they gave me 4 biz days to resolve or they would
auto refund the buyer....period!
