I made a label before the buyer paid. I did void the label but it still
says it is shipped. I went to order details but there is no way to
unmark shipped. What can I do?
Thank you. I will save this for future reference if I need to reprint a
label. This time it worked out ok with the buyer paying and shipping the
package.
