I made a label before the buyer paid. I did void the label but it still says it is shipped. I went to order details but there is no way to unmark shipped. What can I do?

If you voided the label, which was your second mistake, you should be able to print another one when the buyer pays.  I've had to void a label before (for wrong weight) and when I printed another one, both tracking numbers showed up on eBay. Just had to message the buyer and let him know which one was real. If the buyer doesn't pay, you're okay, you'll eventually get a refund from USPS.

Go to your list of items "paid and shipped". Directly under the heading "actions" on the far left find the order and see where it says "shipped (with a date)".  Most likely the first line is "sell similar" but that is not important. There is a down arrow. Click on that and a drop down menu will appear with the line "mark not shipped". Click that.

Thank you. I will save this for future reference if I need to reprint a label. This time it worked out ok with the buyer paying and shipping the package.
