A buyer bid more than the previous bid by $1 then retracted the bid with
the reason "entered wrong amount". Is the system supposed to revert to

Automated bidding is sometimes used to prevent competition from selling
the same item at a lower price. If you have a history of bidding and not
paying you are required to verify your bid. This promotes fair
competition.
