I have sold an item and that payment is on hold until I ship it. This
has happened to me before and I never did get paid for the item. So I
will not ship this item. Why is this happening and what should I do?
I have an item (knife) up for auction and I believe I can sell and ship
it internationally. Am I correct? The item number is 132217298604.

Thank you for your reply. I haven't sold anything since 2020 (prior
payment issue). And you brought to my attention of being a new seller
with no feedbacks. This is strange since I have had many transaction and
feedbacks prior to that.
