I have an item (knife) up for auction and I believe I can sell and ship it internationally.  Am I correct?  The item number is 132217298604.  Thanks for any help.

Depends whether the potential buyer's country allows it.

If they don't and you ship their Customs people will confiscate the item.

If you ship through the Global Shipping Program, they will often exclude any countries that would prohibit the import of the item ... not always ... but often.   If there's a mistake or problem through customs (say, it is confiscated), I am nearly certain that the GSP will  refund the buyer.  Check the GSP pages for information.
