In my case the reason for wanting to return before receival is that the seller could have been in a position to offer the alternative which is the digital version of the game ordered. So the lesson here is do nothimg until the goods are received.

Okay, thanks for your response. I bought 2 cds for PS5 as a gift, however the individuals mother told me the system only accepts the digital software download and not the physical cd. So in fact i ordered the wrong item.
