Hi, my buyer provided me with an incorrect shipping address and the item was returned to me. How do I bill them for re-shipping or cancel the order, send a refund minus shipping charge?
Is there any way to stop people from buying one day and then waiting days 'to get paid' before they pay me? I find this to be very frustrating and quite rude. It seems to be happening more and more or is it just me?
