Yeah what's up with that? I can't accept the best offer or make a
counter-offer -- the only thing I can do is decline the offer. How can
this be a good thing? Does anyone know where eBay stands on this? They
seem to be impossible to contact.
When I get another offer, I'll have the opportunity to try this. It
sounds a little convoluted and cryptic, but if that's the way eBay
thinks it ought to be set up, then I guess that's what we've got to work
