Counter Offer

Recently I've noticed that it's not possible to make a counter-offer when someone has made an offer on a Buy-It-Now listing. In fact, the ONLY thing I've been able to do is to decline the offer, since it won't even let me accept it. This has happened on two different occasions in the past two days. Is it a glitch or what?

I assume you mean BIN with the BO option.

Click on the box where the offer is on the left.

yes, Buy-It-Now with the Best offer option, specifically when you the seller want to make a counter offer....
Your 'solution' only works when things are working as they should.
However, in this case and in another case (two different ebay accounts), that option has not been available. Like I said in my original post, the ONLY option I had was to refuse the offer.
Other people have mentioned the same problem, and I don't know if it's been fixed yet or not. I'll have to wait till someone else makes me an offer.
