Today i proceeded with the return of an item that i paid twice the taxes although my case was on hold by the eBay .I can't update the tracking number as my case seems closed or on hold .

Automatic Biddings as a process is not available for all the items in my ebay account , Also the option Enter The Max Price or Bid is not appearing in my board . Any suggestion or help ?
