ok, my mistake!the amount received to paypal was about 94.5%, not 90% as i miscalculated the exchange rate(so pp took about 5.5%, not 3%. and i assuming for the exchange rate?therefore ebay still didn't got their payment which is 10%,all good thanks ...

from israel, send to romaniai sold the item in 225$, got 90% of it to paypal, who took the 10% and for what? (pp or ebay) paypal takes 10% ??10% for exchange rate is very high!!
