Not only are they charging more percentage. They're double charging for
shipping, I paid double recently and no one will fix it. One guy I spoke
to was going to take care of it but my invoice still shows the double
charge. Ebay is a cluster-****!
what happened to ebay? I thought we could warn others if someone renegs
on a transaction because they didn't get what they wanted or changed
their mind. He had payment in hand too. It's wrong!
