everywhere and did not find it. It turns out that he provided me with a
shipping address in Miami Fl instead of Tennessee where he lives. It

first time dealing with this. customer states they did not receive the
item. Post office tracking shows it as delivered. Can't really find the
solution on Ebay's site. I am guessing I have to refund the buyer out of
pocket?
I was doing some feedbacks today and noticed that the neutral feedback
(changed from a Neg after i submitted a request) has now been removed
from my feedback. Must be Ebay reviewed this case a little deeper and
removed it.
Another follow-up...Customer left a neg feedback which i expected. My 23
year old Ebay account was hacked and still has the username and their
mailing address of the guilty party . They used my picture and my phone
number but changed everything else....
Just to follow up, I checked today to see about the status of my "Funds
0n hold" and they were released for payment. Ebay must have correctly
