eBay persistently blocks one of my listings - a tame little print of a
woman with hens 257079791643 and labeling it "adult only. Verification
required" because of stylized breasts in line drawing - while at the
same time populating the "suggestions" ...
I understand the principle of the cost-per-click promotion, and the
daily budget for it. What I don't understand is how much each click
costs. I can't find that info, and the "virtual assistant" provides no
assistance.
I can't find a "button" to turn off a discount that should have
automatically ended December 30. This error has cost me more than $100
to date. When I go to view and edit my store, I don't see it offered,
but eBay keeps applying it. What am I missing...
I received a message from eBay on 12/31 that a buyer had filed a "not as
described" complaint on 12/27 and I should respond by 1/1/2024. I SAW
this message 1/2/2024 and responded: the buyer had already contacted me
directly, claiming the item arrived...
This is just a suggestion - I find glassware so vexing that I rarely
sell it - the gilding design resembles nice Czech & Poland wares. Try
searching for those glassware attributes = Czech glass vase, glass made
in Poland. Good luck!
Funny story: I listed an item more than a year ago, while I lived in
another state. When I moved I changed the location on all my listings -
I thought. The item is identified with a national event in a particular
region and city; a buyer wants the it...
After 20 years of selling on eBay I politely decline complicated
requests from buyers. You don't want the responsibility of caring for
the item she bought. You can say that you checked with eBay and they/we
advise against it.
Thank you - it was aggravating and took a long time, but now it's over
and I better understand the process. I have had SO little breakage over
the years - this feels like a huge black mark. Never did get pics; buyer
got her refund.
