Cannot end discount that has expire

I can't find a "button" to turn off a discount that should have automatically ended December 30.  This error has cost me more than $100 to date.

When I go to view and edit my store, I don't see it offered, but eBay keeps applying it.

What am I missing?

I went to your store, and the only thing I saw was a statement that you are on vacation until Jan 19, and I saw on listing using a volume discount.
