so i oderd 4 maks n f ilters for covid n seller gives me fake tracking to ny after that day eBay removed his listing n now seller claims i never ordered from them but i got order details how can i report them have them ban

so how dose one rpeort a seller for being boast he basically told me when I emailed him to take off make offer when he keped on ignoring my offer that bc I'm from nyc n he's in Connecticut he thinks I think I'm entitled for a offer n that only people...
