Thanks again, but I'm sure they have gotten their money. I paid with paypal. I bought the lamp on April 20 and they didn't mail until the 24th and I got it on May 1. They got it back on the 11th and I have not heard a word from them.

Thank you, but the seller hasn't issued the refund and I wanted to know if ebay automatically gets involved since they sent an email saying the seller received the lamp and I should be refunded by the 15th. Paid with paypal

Thank you. I appreciate your help. I did the help and contact link and got nowhere with the live chat with a representative. Will keep trying since it was an expensive lamp...987.00... and I'm worried that the seller is reluctant to refund.
