I have a Premium Store and I want to set up shipping discounts but
haven’t figured out how to do this. I want to take my highest shipping

Wooden_Flower, It MAKES me change my shipping prices or it will not save
the combined shipping rule. Ebay makes this SO difficult to bulk edit.

Okay in the bulk edit I don't see an area to just add a shipping rule. I
wants me to edit the shipping cost of all of my items before I can add

This way only seems to work if I have multiples of that item only. I
