I just noticed some of my listings say "Free 2 (or 3) day shipping". I
do have free (shipping included) but not 2 or 3 day. How do I change
that. I did put UPS ground 1-5 days but the listing still says "Free 2
day shipping".Thanks for any help.
Hi fellow seller,One of my bronze plaque models takes about 6 weeks to
produce. It looks like when I create the listing it only allows up to 30
days. I went ahead and listed it anyway. My customer will know it takes
6 weeks. Is ebay going to penalize...

I replied to the customer's message. They did not reply to my reply. I
tried to message again to clarify with more info and it wouldn't send.
This also happened a week or so ago.
That is correct. It sold, then I noticed they mistakenly ordered the
sample listing instead of the custom listing I made for them. I don't
think they will order the correct one until they are fully refunded.
