What happens if I'm late shipping a custom order? I said it will ship
within 30 days. It is 30 today and I need a few more days. My customer
is OK with it. Will ebay cancel and refund? I hope not.Thanks for any

I replied to the customer's message. They did not reply to my reply. I
tried to message again to clarify with more info and it wouldn't send.

That is correct. It sold, then I noticed they mistakenly ordered the
sample listing instead of the custom listing I made for them. I don't
think they will order the correct one until they are fully refunded.
