Hello, so I still haven't received a refund and it's been past 6 days
(but within the 30 day Gurantee time frame) and for some reason I can't
open a case when I click on the button. What can I do?
Thanks! Contacted eBay and they handled everything. They opened and
closed the case based on the evidence I provided and I already received
my refund. Thanks for all the comments.

if the payment didn't clear by May 1st that I could open a claim. Good
