We are being charged BELOW STANDARD fees and are rated as a TOP SELLER. Has this happened to anyone else? How do we get a refund from EBAY. Looks like theft to us.

The fact that NO ONE AT EBAY will answer how long this (Transaction defect rate BELOW STANDARD) remains on the sellers account means to us that EBAY can now confiscate more money from the sellers FOREVER. If we are wrong will someone please enlighten...
