I purchased a $100 gift card and I am unable to use it. When I scratchd
of the redemption code the numbers were unreadable. I am unable to use
it because of this and I can find no one to contact at EBAY to try and
get this resolved.
I'm not looking for a refund, I gently scrapped like it said and the
strip came apart. Your comments are helpful, you just troll the board
looking to comment.
You would think there would someone to call to resolve this. I am done
dealing with companies that don't have an obvious customer support
system set up.
Kroger washed its hands of it, they say once the card is registered the
money is in Ebay's hand and there is nothing they can do about it. I
have to contact EBAY, LOL!
