Hi - Our buyer receive the wrong item (our fault). He is in Canada, can I just simply send the replacement direct to him instead of going through all of the eBay return stuff? The costs for return & exchange are too high. Thanks you!
I sent the wrong item to a buyer out of the country. Is it possible to just send him the correct item, let him keep the other one, instead of asking for return? It would be cheaper. thx

We live in the USA but make frequent purchases from the UK and Germany. Is it possible to use an eBay gift card for those international sellers as well? And if yes, will those sellers recieve their funds immediately? Thank you.
