A buyer has made an offer but I can't find the place to accept the offer
when I click the RESPOND blue button.I findt it very frustrating that
eBay keeps changing the format.
I paid for an item 01/05/2016 and PayPal shows the item paid that day
but my payment history shows an hourglass image and the seller has not
been paid.What should I do?
