multiple discounts. It would prompt at the beginning to choose discount
amounts, such as 10%, 20%, 30%...then you would have the option to
choose which items you wanted in each tier....

This has happened to me before. So sorry you are experiencing this as
well. Contact ebay before the allotted return time if you can, and ask
them to check the return delivery address compared to your address. They
should be able to see they are diffe...
