Hello all!
I used to be able to start a sales event (markdown) with multiple discounts. It would prompt at the beginning to choose discount amounts, such as 10%, 20%, 30%...then you would have the option to choose which items you wanted in each tier.
I don't see this option anymore. Looks like the whole store would need to be set at one discount percentage.
Just wondering if it's changed and I'm doing something wrong, or if a system glitch? Thanks in advance for your help!

I believe this is a change. It had been discussed here before. You will need to do multiple sales if you want multiple discounts.

Hi @shopposh45 . You can read more about this here: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/Bring-back-the-quot-add-another-discount-...
This is an intentional change by eBay. Go to this page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/mkt/promotionmanager/dashboard
To the left of the blue create discount button on top right of page, there is a Comments link. Click on that to submit your feedback. This is a direct link:
https://www.ebay.com/srv/survey/a/selling.sellerhubpromotions
The issue sellers need to look out for: if you copy an old sale that had tiers, it will include only the highest discount percent on all items.

Thank you so much for this! I will definitely do that. I actually liked being able to create one sale event with the option for multiple tiered discounts. Appreciate you, take care!
