Ebay has no customer service, no help, no way to contact. All only item
based. Seller manipulates shipping and delivery dates - wanted a refund
not a return - now can't get any help - only help articles. No help - no
customer service on Ebay.
It wasn't my mistake. I requested a refund but got a return label
instead. Useless since item never shipped. I did file a dispute through
Paypal because Ebay is no help at all.
Again with the "Help" articles which are of NO HELP. Ebay has no help.
