So...EBAY is setting a new policy that buyers can only retract bids on
sports cards if the seller allows him/her to do so. My question then is
what are the consequences for a buyer that is not allowed to retract a
bid. If that bidder wins the auction...
I guess there's nothing that EBay can do, but it's aggravating that a
high percentage of buyers don't leave me feedback. I sell only high
quality baseball cards, and at relatively low prices yet I would say

I have mailed several envelopes using Ebay tracking recently. None of
them show any movement...only that a shipping label was created. The
last envelope that showed any movement at all was on February 11th. Very
aggravating...
Thanks for taking the time to send me the detailed information. I have
considered the tapering option you mentioned, but I'm afraid that would
make the envelope too thick...making it a package. Thanks again for your
