Shipping time from Thailand to western Washington State

Regarding eBay purchase: I was just wondering if it's normal for shipping to take up to a month and 2 weeks to get my ebay order from bkk, Thailand. I live in Western Washington. I have gotten things from China in 3 weeks before. Thanks.
