Not sure if I just bought something that is worthless but...I found this and it was unique to me. It is not wood like I initially thought. It is very heavy and no initials or markings. There is felt on the bottom.

I can not find any markings like this when I look at the stamps online but I read there were a lot of fakes.

Dynamic vs Fixed Rate

I never use this feature but with the unusual item I have I think it will help. The rate today is 11.6%. I am torn on what to choose Dynamic or fixed. What do you sellers who do this regularly recommend?
