Asian signed water color pictures

Hello, I found these two lovely pictures at an estate sale. I tried google lens hoping to find out more about them but only found one of the pictures on Etsy with no information except that it was a "litho". Would anyone have anymore information on the artist and if this is litho? They appear to be signed.

Re: Asian signed water color pictures

I saw the one on Etsy which appears to be exactly like the one in your first photo, and therefore would suggest that you have a lithograph or print and not an original watercolor.  I'd assume the same holds true for the other one in the second photo.    Hopefully @waxu_93  will come along to help with the signature.

The writing is too sloppy and the seal is too small. I really can’t read it.🙄If you can re-photograph the signature part, I will ask on the Chinese forum.

Re: Asian signed water color pictures

阮高原 or 阮高源?--------artist name, like Vietnanese  style, chinese also have such surname but less.

Some one says that the watercolor paintings were painted by a Vietnamese, but I don’t know the details. It seems that it’s not that I don’t know Chinese characters.🤣

If there is a more reliable conclusion, I will post here. If not, there will be no reply, because I don’t understand it either.
