Seller gave bad speed/pak tracking number.

I ordered a item on Feb 13. Didn't show shipped till 2/22. The tracking number shows Not in system. I contacted the seller and they said it was shipped without a tracking number? Speed Pak?? This sound right? What should i do? was $11.75 and $0.95 sh...

Won a item 3 days ago. paid with Paypal. Item has never showed shipped. I get a Email from Ebay we've removed an item you recently won:? OKThen i see seller is no longer on Ebay. How do i get my money back?

Item picture and UPC code not the same thing.

Just paid for a radio and the picture is for a black unit and the UPC code says yellow. What can i do now. In 5 mins they marked it shipped. Not at 12:30 am on a sunday night. I want the black one. Not yellow.
