Don't know if an EBAY thing or seller isn't aware or pocketing the tax,
but newspapers are tax exempt in seller's State and my State. His excuse
was it is a subscription (yeah, a subscription of daily
newspapers!!!).Scam!
How is it possible EBAY management can be so clueless? One of the
incentivizing motivations for a buyer is the limited time period of a
sale. My above sentence needs to be written on a 2x4 and be smacking
EBAY management upside the head.
