First time I’ve seen this. I shipped a standard 16x14x5 inch box, 6.9 lbs, rounded to 7 lbs. Totally compliant with FedEx 2-Day rules. eBay calculated shipping at $18.75. FedEx hit me with a $31.50 irregular packaging fee and said the box was 8 lbs. ...
