How do I repost my buy it now for my Iphone XR.

Some scammer tried scamming me and "bought it" but when it came down to it, no paypal money was seen and they refused to give me a email for their paypal. When I recived a fake email from a "Paypal International (postprocessing@email.com) "SEND ITEM NOW BUYER HAS SENT PAYMENT" I knew i t was fake and told the dude off but now I cant seem to figure how to repost my item... it says "sold" when i check ebay but "not paid"

If buyer doesn't pay, you can open an UPI in I think 48 hours.

After the UPI is closed, you can relist the item.

Have a great day

The eBay Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.

Ignore the suggestion to Contact Buyer. Normally it's a good idea, but this ispretty obviously a scammer.

You can open the Dispute after 96 hours (48 if you are in the USA) and close it again if you haven't been paid within another 96 hours.

You are right to check only the PP account for confirmation of payment.

When you end the Dispute you will get your final value fees back.

Just relist as though it's the first listing.

@otto9573
BUT
There may be a 'real' buyer as well, who is slow to pay.
If that buyer pays, and the relisted item sells, who gets the item?
Also with an Unpaid Item Dispute, slow as it is, the seller gets back her Final Value Fees, which are 10% of her selling price (plus 10% of her shipping price).

Make sure that payment is 5 days and always go to your ebay site to make sure it's from ebay and check your paypa account to make sure $$ is in fact there,

Get used to it when selling on Ebay. There are many scammers out there , but most of the scammers are the ones that open return cases under the reason NOT AS DESCRIBED when the error is on their end. Ebay will not back sellers at all when this is done. They always side with the buyer and make you lose both ways on shipping while the buyer committing fraud is allowed to get away with it.

There is no such thing on Ebay. I sell items with damage with full descriptions and pictures and any case opened as not as described is still closed against me. It does not matter about documentation , the buyer is always right.

That doesn't mean anything on Ebay.
