ALL Store Subscriptions showing up on my Promotions section

Is something wrong with Ebay right now.

All of a sudden the Promotions section of my page has ALL of the store subscriptions showing up as Active. I never asked for a store, less alone all 3, Basic, Premium, and Anchor. PLUS there's a 250 free insertions for Auction items that shows up there too.

I see the same things. I do not have a store. I am also trying to list the last of my "free" 50 listings for the month and eBay is trying to charge me 30 cents.

You'll find many, many posts about these snafus on boards such as "Member-to-Member Support," "Technical Issues", and "Selling."  

But this board is for issues of the future!
